Get away from it all in this brand new, centrally located escape! Located in a private setting surrounded by quiet forest, you will feel isolated from the world, yet only a half mile away from Rt. 209. In 10 minutes you can be hiking around Lake Minnewaska or strolling through the quaint town of Stone Ridge. Fine Dining in New Paltz and shopping in Kingston are only 25 minutes away. All that or relax at the house and enjoy the chef's kitchen, vaulted ceilings, hot tub and firepit.
Good to know
Located on a woodland perch, our home offers a beautiful vantage point of the surrounding forest and clover lawn. Most rooms have access to the wrap around deck through walls of 9' tall sliding glass doors. The living, dining, kitchen open floor plan are capped with 18' vaulted ceilings giving the home a spacious feel. Four lounge chairs and a hot tub await on the deck. Stroll down the lawn to a fire pit with seating for all.
Other Details to Note
The nightly price includes up to 4 guests. we can accommodate up to 6 guests for an additional fee. Additional towels and bedding are provided for a very comfortable full sized sofa bed. The fire pit seating and deck lounge chairs may not be available during all the winter months depending on weather. We have soft, alkaline well water. It is perfectly safe for washing and bathing but we provide plenty of bottled drinking water. We do have a Level 2 EV charger available upon advance request. Please note that it is not always available, but we will confirm availability upon request. We do have both 120v and 220v exterior outlets available even in the case it is not available.
