Dan's place was absolutely perfect for our family weekend away! We were 6 adults and 2 children (3 and 1) and Dan's home was so comfortable for all of us. For the kids: the downstairs layout is amazing for a constantly roaming 1 year old, very nice selection of toys and books, big outdoor yard for running around (there might have been some races around the house with the 3 year old), the bedroom has a crib and changing table and room for the 3 year old's blow up mattress (they share a room at home). For the adults: great kitchen set up plus outdoor grill for cooking all meals, open layout so whether cooking, eating, or hanging on the couch all are together, hot tub - large enough for all of us (saw many shooting stars!), screened in porch great for hanging and game playing, comfortable beds, very clean. We spent time in the nearby creek, definitely worth the short walk through the woods to get there.

What a great place! Super clean, spacious, perfect location! Amazing host, great communication! We would love to come back and I highly recommend Dan’s place to anyone wanting to spend time in this area!

Earth Ship is such an amazing space and we can’t wait to go back when we have some more time to spend there. Dan and his team were very responsive and informative about staying in an off the grid house. Would recommend this spot for anyone who wants to experience something new and different in an incredible and beautiful spot! Dan sent a video tutorial before hand so we were completely ready for what we were in store for.

We had a wonderful week stay in this beautiful oasis. We explored many towns in the Catskills and Hudson thru that time and the location was really well placed. We saw wildlife from the bed (momma deer and two fawn) and tons more on the road. The place was well appointed and comfortable after long days of exploring, hiking, shopping and eating our way thru the area. Being fully enclosed in the woods was private though you are not too far off a country hwy which is nice for access and security (no noise can be heard). Highly recommend and tons of places and kind people to meet in and around the area as well. Have fun!

This was an amazing place to stay. We spent three days here and absolutely loved it! The instructions for maintaining the electricity and the water were very easy to follow and the house stayed cool the whole time we were there no matter how hot it got outside.A wonderful experience that we would choose to do again at sometime in the future!

We booked Dans home at the last minute due to a mishap with another home. He was not only quick and responsive but super friendly and comforting in a stressful moment. He was there when we arrived making sure all was well. The home is gorgeous, peaceful, immaculate and we were able to work and cook there for most of our stay. He checked in on us through messages and responded immediately when we had questions. It was wonderfully better than expected. We were extremely grateful and would stay again. What a place! Dan's place is stunning, luxurious, yet also has a personal touch. It was perfect for our family of 4 - there was so much room to run outside, plenty of games, and so many comfortable spaces to hang out in. We loved making meals in the kitchen and on the grill outside. Perfectly located right in the center of Accord. Dan was quick to respond to all our questions and was a great host.

We had a really lovely stay at Dan’s house! It’s located down a very private road, so it’s very quiet. It’s surrounded by beautiful nature. The house itself is modern, minimalist and very clean. Dan was a fantastic communicator, very accommodating and replied super quickly. We were so comfortable there and will definitely come back again.

Amazing new build nestled away in the woods, yet close enough to all the familiar spots in the area for eating and nature. Wonderful light, great amenities, and beautiful surrounding.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. The house was clean, quiet, modern and very private—exactly what we were looking for. Dan and his wife were fantastic hosts. They were able to accommodate a last-minute check-in, which we really appreciated, and were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay. Overall, we loved our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!
